HOW WE DEAL WITH PERSONAL DATA

We are RelyITS make sure to prevent unauthorised access, dissemination and other inappropriate treatment of personal data. We treat personal information with total secrecy and ensure access to personal data in accordance with the appropriate data protection legislation.

In our undertakings, we apply fair and appropriate technical measures to protect the information we handle, with regard to the nature of the personal data.

Personal information is sent to and stored in secure and independent operating environments that only RelyITS clients, coworkers and subcontractors have access to. We make sure our subcontractors also handle personal data as outlined above.

For how long do we store personal data?

RelyITS only saves personal data as long as it is necessary for its stated purpose, in order to fulfill our obligations toward our clients, and to fulfill legal requirements in accordance with applicable legislation.

When an assignment for a client is finalised, we will as soon as possible return the data safely to the client.
